We believe that a governance structure should work through an efficient Board of Directors and a committee structure that supports decisions.

In addition, it is essential to define a structure of allocations and measurement so that all matters have defined responsibilities and authorities. We set up the functioning of these two governance elements, establishing and supporting the operating routine (participants, agenda, calendar, duration, minutes and presentation standards). We designed a document structure that allows management to be fully monitored.
