DASA
From November/21 to January/22, we supported DASA’s internal PMI (Post Merger Integration) team in the process of integrating Hospital da Bahia into the DASA ecosystem. The scope of the project included two fronts, one of which was general alignment of initiatives and the other focused on preparing and consolidating the results and routines of the financial area.
GRUPO LEFORTE
During 2020 and 2021, we were actively involved in the financial and general management of the Leforte group, focusing on recovering profitability, readjusting expenses and improving liquidity. We will continue to work with the Group until the acquisition process is completed and it moves to a new controlling group.
